Sam Cheadle is Of Counsel at the law firm of Kemnitzer, Barron & Krieg, LLP. Sam’s practice focuses on solar panel fraud schemes and automotive issues, including the lemon law and dealership fraud.
Sam has more than 13 years’ experience practicing law in California that has been driven by one guiding principle: helping people. After a brief stint practicing construction and surety litigation, Sam spent over a year representing refugees seeking asylum in the United States. In 2012, Sam joined Chavez & Gertler LLP, where he worked through 2018 representing California consumers and employees in consumer protection and labor rights class action lawsuits. Sam also spent a considerable amount of his career at Chavez & Gertler representing plaintiffs in catastrophic injury cases, ranging from traumatic brain injury to wrongful death litigation.
From 2015 to 2017, Sam was a regular volunteer attorney with Open Door Legal, a non profit providing universal access to the law for clients in the Bayview and Hunters Point neighborhoods of San Francisco. Beginning in 2018, Sam continued his catastrophic injury practice with Jon Gertler Law PLC. Sam joined Kemnitzer, Barron & Krieg, LLP in 2023.
